Classic E61 Brewing Head

Thermal Stability: Using a heat exchanger system, the E61 group head is designed to provide thermal stability. This system helps maintain a consistent temperature for the brewing water, which is crucial for proper espresso extraction.

Pre-Infusion: Includes a lever or paddle that allows baristas to control the pre-infusion process manually. Pre-infusion involves wetting the coffee grounds before applying full pressure, which can lead to more even extraction and enhanced flavor for espresso.
