On May 29th, the “2023 Shanghai International Hotel and Catering Industry Expo” officially kicked off! This is a rare gathering for the coffee and tea beverage industry after the pandemic. As an old friend of the HOTELEX exhibition, we brought along new products to showcase and meet everyone.
The HOTELEX Shanghai is an annual trade fair focusing on the hotel and catering industry. It is organized by the Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd., a leading international organizer of trade fairs. The fair presents a wide range of products and services from areas such as hotel and restaurant equipment, food and beverages, coffee and tea, bakery and ice cream, wine and spirits, as well as catering and kitchen appliances. Special highlights include various cooking competitions, barista shows, and wine tastings. HOTELEX is an important platform for industry professionals to discover the latest trends and innovations, expand networks, and initiate business. As the hotel and catering industry in this region is growing and developing rapidly, HOTELEX provides an important space for knowledge exchange, networking, and business development.
IoT Technology
To assist in the brand’s digital transformation, and product intelligence, and address the standardized management of coffee and tea beverage formulas in their chain stores while reducing costs and increasing efficiency, the DaZheng Coffee Group has integrated IoT (Internet of Things) technology into their comprehensive coffee and tea equipment with Cloud Core.
IoT technology enables various physical devices, sensors, machines, and other objects to interact with each other and share data through internet connectivity. This allows for intelligent, automated, and remote control functionalities.
By incorporating IoT technology into their coffee and tea beverage equipment, the DaZheng Coffee Group can achieve standardized management of product formulas across their chain stores, reduce operational costs, and improve overall efficiency. This digital upgrade empowers the company to better monitor their operations, provide enhanced services, and strengthen their brand’s competitiveness.
For example, with the integration of an IoT module, this smoothie machine allows for remote control through a smartphone. Users can simply operate the machine from their phones, enabling one-touch power-on, setting production formulas, and initiating one-touch production. Additionally, through the PC interface, real-time monitoring and visualization of each machine’s status become essential features for chain stores.

Cube Espresso Machine
The new single-group semi-automatic coffee machine, named “The Cube” is extremely intriguing and has caused a frenzy since its release!
